Product Overview

JH-1699 Dry Strength Agent is an advanced dry strength resin specifically designed to address the challenges associated with the low strength of domestic waste paper fibers. This leading dry strength additive enhances the overall quality and durability of various paper types by significantly improving their mechanical properties.

The innovative formulation creates a unique ionic bond through the network combination of amphoteric ions, allowing it to be quickly adsorbed onto pulp fibers. This adsorption effectively increases the bonding strength between fibers, resulting in superior tensile strength, stiffness, folding resistance, and bursting resistance of finished paper products.

Usage Instructions

Dissolution: Dissolve and dilute with clean water at a ratio of 0.1-0.3%. Slowly add under stirring due to high viscosity - do not pour in at once. After complete dissolution, add remaining water as needed.

Add Position: Select position for online continuous addition where it can fully mix with pulp. Typically added before the outlet pump of the forebay tank.

Suggested Dosage: 1-3 Kg; dosage can be adjusted according to paper type requirements.
