Application Instructions

After gelatinized starch temperature drops to 75°C, add JH-600 directly and slowly into the mixing tank. Alternatively, it can be continuously introduced via a metering pump into the starch before feeding into the sizing machine. For high-speed paper machines, adding a static mixer after the glue pump is recommended for optimal mixing.

Applications

Ideal for cartons and packaging materials exposed to humid, rainy, cold, and freezing environments. Particularly suited for high-strength corrugated paper, kraft board, white cardboard, and culture paper where moisture resistance and durability are critical.
